The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a pale silver silk art card as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of silver mirri card and layered up the decoupage using Pinflair glue gel and 1mm foam pads.

I used feathers, Peeloff corners and a Sakura clear stardust pen to decorate.
