I printed the backgrounds of this pair of cards onto 160gsm matte photo paper. I stuck the background onto an A5 card using dst. I printed the cards out again onto 220gsm white card and cut out elements I thought would make a nice 3-d effect.

I layered these onto the base card using foam pads. I then added plenty of sparkle onto the water and the fairy using glitter glues. I absolutely love these two cards and they are wonderful to make. The reflection in the water is so lifelike. Although the glitter comes out as dots in the photos.... it's pure sparkle in actuality.
