I printed onto hp photo paper, cut out the decoupage and attached using foam pads.

I punched the top corner edges of a white card blank and then using a tattered lace die I created a semi circle onto some mauve card stock, which I then attached using dst to the card blank.

I attached the topper and finished with some matching pearls to the curved corners. A beautiful design for any ocassion.
