Birdie Card TopperCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I made a border down the left hand side of the card by scoring and folding. I then punched two holes through both layers of the card and threaded some organza ribbon through and tied a bow.
