I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added a blob of silicone glue under the wing of the bird to give more definition. I added glitter to the white roses and the bird to enhance this gorgeous design.
