Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I attached the border piece across the card about 1.5 inches from the top using d/s tape. I then added the cat picture to the left of the card using foam pads.

I finished the card by placing the bow and the sentiment tab also using foam pads. A very striking picture of a beautiful cat whose eyes seem to follow you around!!
