I printed the paper twice on photo paper, I cut out the elements and cut the darker boarder out from one of the main squares.
I used double sided foam tape to add the boarder and the cat.
I added the three butterflies to the side boarder and added another cat . I mounted the completed topper onto some silver holographic card , making a very fine border. I cut out a larger square of a blue backing paper with deckle edge scissors. added some blue faux stick on pearls on the corner and added an insert.
