All Occasion Winsome Puppy Dog Topper/ Card Front with DecouCompleted by Jessica Vine

I cut out all the pieces for the card and then took a square crafty bob cream card. I attached the main picture to the centre of the card with double sided tape and then added the decoupage parts with sticky fixers.

I chose the thank you message and added some 3 D flowers and a butterfly from my craft store. I added a circle of clear gems to the dog frame to make it special.
