I printed this on Crafty Bob's glossy photo paper, cut out the decoupage and layered it using foam pads. As I wanted to use an 8 x 8 card blank I matted it onto a piece of red and gold backing paper before attaching it to the the card blank using double sided tape. I finished off the card by adding glittery gold peel off edging.

A really cute card.
