Easter Westie with Chick and Eggs Decoupage TopperCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A4 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. A gorgeous card for Easter.
