Police Service Dog Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Denise Mynard

I printed this sheet onto a good quality matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I matted the main image first onto pink card then onto black, and then I mounted the topper onto an 8x8 inch card blank and built up the decoupage using foam pads.

To decorate the card I used glitter and a gem. This was a very quick and easy card to make.
