I printed out the design onto Crafty Bob's premium matte photo paper then cut out all of the pieces. I used a circle scalloped die and my grand calliber machine to cut out the card base and the other layers.

I decoupaged the bear using silicone glue.

I then added an extra heart to the centre and a sentiment to make the card a mothers day one.
