I printed the sheet onto 120gsm smooth white paper then cut out all the pieces.

I took a 6 inch square white card and glued a 3 inch square piece of silver mirror card to the top left side of the card then the topper to the bottom right of the card.

I added the decoupage using 1mm foam pads and finished off the card by adding crystal glitter to the center of the blue flowers for that touch of sparkle.
