I cut out all the pieces, stuck the topper to a piece of silver mirror card and stuck the whole thing to folded A4 card with double sided tape.

I then compiled the decoupage, made a small slit down the right side of the hat and attached a piece of Ribbon, securing with double sided tape, before adding to complete the decoupage.

Sprinkled a little crystal glitter over the water.
