Bird of Prey Fishing Topper with Decoupage

With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of my card, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads

This was printed onto white glossy photo paper and decoupaged up. It was backed onto gold mirror card and dark blue card and placed on a dark purple backing with tartan print along the base.

I tied a tartan ribbon across the bottom and backed it all on a white card blank.
