Cockatiel DecoupageCompleted by Chrissy Rowe

I printed out on to super smooth card and cut out the elements and made up the decoupage. I used a bird cage backing paper from my crafty stash and taped this to a 5.5 inch square card, I then used foam pads to attach topper to card.

This is a quick and easy card to make.
