Colourful Parrot TopperCompleted by Hazel Pepper

I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut the elements out, trimming the background paper to 12.5cm x 19cm.

I mounted the image background and both text panels onto black card.

I mounted the background onto the left side of a 20cm x 20cm card blank and the blank panel underneath.

I used 1mm foam pads to add the topper and the text panel, offsetting it on the blank panel. I finished by adding some card candi.
