Happy Birthday You Ol Buzzard Card TopperCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed the sheet out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper.

I matted the base layer onto teal textured card, added a taupe feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper & added a taupe textured panel matted onto gold holo card.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust & Diamond Stickles to add some sparkle.
