I printed out twice onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and mounted onto an 8 x 8 white scalloped edge card.
I decoupaged the fan and butterflies using sticky pads. I added 2 layers to each butterfly and shaped the wings outwards. I added the sentiment to finish.
