I printed out the sheet on to matte photo paper and cut out all the elements. Using photo glue I layered the main image on to dark blue card and then put it on to a scalloped white card.

I then added the decoupage with glue gel.

To complete the card I added the flowers in the corners and used the happy birthday sentiment. A really nice card when made up. I love the colours.
