Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. After cutting out all the elements, using DST I attached Topper to a pink matte and then to a scalloped edge card.
Using foam pads, I added the Decoupage. I put different coloured Glitters on many aspects of the card.
This is a Delightful design with very easy Decoupage to cut out. I like the idea of the sentiment in one piece. Makes into a lovely card.
