Printed, cut out and made up card topper and then attached to a beige pearlescent bank card. Added one of the supplied greetings. Have kept all the age buttons so that one of them can be used as required.
I printed onto glossy photo card then mounted onto cream card blank using DST. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I edged the topper with gold peel off borders.
I added foam pads to the reverse of each age tag then attached then to a piece of card using DST so that the customer can add the age they need.
