I printed off the design onto a good quality white card. I then cut out all of the pieces. I used an A4 black scalloped card blank as the base. Onto this I matt and layered some check, then blue and then white cardstock.

Then I added the main piece of the design using raised sticky foam pads. Then the smaller bits were decoupaged on using silicone glue. Inside the card I added blue and white paper and card. I attached some dots and stars for decoration.
