I covered a DL card with cup80883 Satin Effect paper (blue) and mounted one of the toppers on to it.

I added a heart to each corner and then a peel off teddy that I had stuck onto blue paper and cut out.

I finished off with some blue peel off balloons and a couple of squiggly bits.
