A New Grandson! A5 TopperCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements and used DST to attach Topper to a Dark Blue Matte. I then Used DST to attach to a Pale Blue Card. Using Foam Tape and Pads, I built up the Decoupage.

I used Stickles Diamond Glitter on the Socks and on the Dots on the Sentiment. I then Stuck 2 little Blue Bear Buttons onto each top corners on the card. I then stuck tiny Pearl Gems onto the Button Holes. I then used a Pearl Gem on the tops of the Pants. A very cute Design.
