Hello Baby Boy 5 inch Topper and InsertCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto gloss photo paper. DST was used to attach the topper to a blue card. Foam pads were used to add the decoupage. Crystal glitter was used in the middle of the Flower.

I found some cute buttons in my craft stash, and stuck A Teddy Bear button to the top corner. A Beary cute design.
