Hello Baby Girl 5 inch Topper and InsertCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto gloss photo paper. DST was used to attach the topper to a pale, lilac colored card. Foam pads were used to add the decoupage. I stuck two of the spare flowers to the top corner of the card.

Bright pink gems were stuck to the middle of the flowers. Such a cute design, and easy to cut by hand.
