Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Cut out all the elements and used DST to attach the Topper to a pretty blue sheen card. Using Foam Pads to attach the Decoupage. I stuck 2 Blue Buttons on Top corners.

I only stuck the Tape on middle of the Butterflies so that I could fold wings up. This is a very cute design, and very easy to make up.
