Covered a cream 8x8 card base with a soft blue backing paper. Placed the topper onto a darker blur Mirri card,then stuck it to the card with DST.I added a new baby rub on to the bottom & 3 pastel blue card candy to top right corner.
Added the decoupaged pieces to the pram with sticky pads. Used dark blue gems to the corner detail & center of flower wheels. Lighter blue gems to the flower centers on the pram.
