Printed onto Quality Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. Using DST I attached the Main front onto a white scalloped card. Using foam pads I attached the decoupage element and the sentiment. Used Stickles Glitter on the Bow and Hood of Pram and sentiment.

I stuck a lace border around the edge of the card front. I used Patterned pearl bling on the sentiment, bow, and Bling on wheels. I attached white bows onto the lace. A very pretty card. I like the choice of sentiments.
