A New Granddaughter! A5 TopperCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. After cutting out all the elements, I used DST to attach Topper to A Bright Pink A5 Card. Using foam pads I built up the Decoupage.I stuck a little pink gem flower on little pants where pegs are.

I used Stickle Diamond Glitter on the Bootee's, and Pink glitter on the sentiment and Diamond glitter on the Bottom of feet.

A very cute design and fun to make up.
