Baby Girl Topper with Shoes and RosesCompleted by Deborah Sweet

I printed the sheet on to matt photo card and cut out the topper and decoupage. I mounted the topper on to pink embossed paper and then on to an 8x8 inch card blank using DST.

I added the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

A cute design and so simple to make up!
