Beautiful Baby Girl Shoes TopperCompleted by Deborah Sweet

I printed the sheet half size on matt photo paper and cut out the topper and decoupage. I mounted the topper on to pink gingham card to give it a border, then on to a 6x6 inch card blank, all using DST.

I added the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

A cute design, easy to make!
