Congratulations Baby Girl with Decoupage BitsCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the panels and the greeting using thin foam tape.
