Fold a piece of Cream card into four equal section. Print out and cut 3 sheets of design.(one larger than the other two. Stick two of the Larger designs onto front and back section of the card. cut out the frog to 3D onto main.

Cut out two of the small frogs and stick one to each centre section of the card. Cut out the bottle and feet from another sheet. 3D onto main. Cut out a rattle. stick this onto card under baby frog. add a gem to the end of of this for handle. Add two butterfly peel-off's and Greeting to centre section. Give baby frog a balloon peel-off.
