Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Cut out the elements, and used DST to attach the Topper to a white textured card. Used foam pads to add Decoupage. I used some crystal glitter on the Butterfly and put small pearls on the shoes.
A lovely design and makes into a sweet card.
