A New Grandchild! A5 TopperCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. Using DST I attached Topper to a Gold A5 card. Using foam pads I built up the Decoupage. I used Stickles Diamond Glitter on aspects of the design. Any Grandma would love this card.
