Baby Dolls in Blue

I began this sheet by printing 2 sheets. The first for the elements and the second to cut for decoupage. I used two sided tape to adhere the red paper to the back of card. I then attached the blue backing paper.

I then taped the elements on the blue backing paper. I used foam mounting pads to layer the elements. I used a red ribbon in the corner and silver ribbon for an extra "pop"
