This is a 6 x 6 card topper to welcome a new little buddle of joy, with a cute baby giraffe , with blocks, buttons and sunshine for the decoupage layers.

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Used DST to attach the Topper to a White card. Foam Pads were used to attach the Decoupage. I then put some Crystal Glitter on the Numbers and Letters on the Blocks. This is a wonderful Design, Easy Design to cut out by hand.
