Beautiful 'congratulations' Baby Boy Card TopperCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. I atached the main front to a pale blue backing and then used dst tape to attach it to a cream, satin gloss card.

Using foam tape i built up the elements.

I finished the card of by using litte pearl bling around the crib and flowers. I think this is a very pretty design.
