folded an a4 card in half. covered it in pink spotty backing paper, printed out the image onto photo paper, and decoupared up added a real blue ribbon and bow and some pink spotty buttons punched out from my new button punch. added sentiment to bottom of bag. and glittered bow on head of dog.
