Cute Little Mouse Card Topper + Decoupage LayersCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed onto matte photo paper,and matted to foiled card. I then attached this to a cardblank covered with a pretty silver sparkly stars card using dst. I built up the picture with thin foam. I used stickles glitter to highlight the icing decorations and ribbon details, used wink of stella also on ribbon and party hat. Finished with 3 pearlescent white flower embellishments and tied and attached a double bow of fuchsia and silver organza in one corner.

A super cute little birthday mouse design, it's very appealing!
