Printed the sheet onto super smooth card and cut out all the elements. I attached the pockets to the front of the panels. I made an A5 card blank from pale green pearlised card stock. I used 2 different green vintage style backing papers to make panels along the card.

I attached the panels to the front of the card on an angle. I tied pink and lemon ribbons through the tag and made a bow from the same ribbon and attached this with glue gel at the point the 2 panels met.

I finished the card off with a cluster of co-ordinating paper flowers.
