Blue Fushsia Birthday Wishes Dl Topdown Topper

I have designed this DL topper as a simple decoupage topper that is top down vertical, with 3 layers.

Simply cut out the base layer, that has been sized slightly smaller then true DL this is so it can fit on your card easy and you can still matt and layer behind it, then you cut out the next layer and finally the elements to add, use 3D glue or foam to give alttle height and simply add you own bow to finish the topper.
