Gorgeous Rose Topper Completed by Verona Davies

Printed the design onto glossy photo paper and cut out the elements, mated the design onto patterned mirri card and attached it to a 7 x 7 card bas, The decoupaged was added using foam pads and the sentiments and bow were also added using foam pads.
