Printed onto 190gsm matte photo card. Mounted onto deep red shimmer card then onto a cream card blank using DST. Assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. Punched a border from the deep red shimmer paper then attached with glue stick below the topper.
Added pale pink gems along the border & in each corner then finished with a pink organza bow.
