Rose Fairy ToppersCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed out the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto silver holo card, added a feather & used foam pads to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I decoupaged the layers with foam pads & used Stickles to add some sparkle.
