Print on quality cardstock and cut out. I painted the gold border with gold smooch to give it a bit of sparkle and shine and then adhered the card topper to a coordinating, pink, blank card.

I used dst to adhere the insert inside and then tied a gold cord at the spine of the card.

A lovely, simple to cut and make, birthday card.
