Windmill and Poppies Decoupage SheetCompleted by SYLVIA Chapman

This is a pretty card, a small amount of detailed cutting required but nothing too difficult, I gave my card a red rim, attached it to the card base with DST and stuck the decoupage flowers on with foam pads.

I highlighted my flower heads and the butterfly with gel pens and attached the ribbon, I will possibly use a peel off greeting when I have use for it
