300dpi 6 x 6 ins Topper & Decoupage-Clown Bear 2nd Birthday, son/grandson/NephewCompleted by Denise Barber

I printed out onto 120gsm photo paper, used a 7 x 7 in white card. I cut a piece of pale blue card just slightly bigger than the print out as an extra boarder, placed the topper, done the decoupage.

Along the top I put a piece of polka dot pale blue ribbon and a bow, then used 4 blue heart gems on the left side and on the top right I used lettered beads to spell the name of my grandson
